凯发体育最新版’s NHDFs are isolated from neonatal (NHDF-CRY-NEO) or adult (NHDF-CRY-AD) donor tissue and cryopreserved.  When cultured according to 凯发体育最新版’s NHDF protocol, our fibroblasts are guaranteed to have ≥ 75% viability upon thaw and provide ≥ 15 population doublings.  NHDFs are characterized by their spindle morphology and expression of Vimentin.

All cells are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi. HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C are not detected by PCR for all donors and cell lots.  This product is for research use only.  Not for use in animals, humans or diagnostic purposes.
